James has worked for Fidelity Investments, Jones Lang LaSalle, Patron Capital Partners and Dawnay Day Structured Finance. James served as Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management’s Head of Real Estate for 9 years and as a Senior Advisor in Global Real Estate for MJ Hudson Allenbridge for 9 years.
James is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and The London School of Economics (LSE). He is also a member of the Investment Property Forum (IPF) and is past President of the LSE’s Global Real Estate Group.

Tom has 30 years experience in financial services and previously worked at Schroders, CIBC and the Lloyds’ insurance market. Tom was head of real estate product at Schroders for many years where he was responsible for investor relations, product oversight / development, secondary trading and capital raising. Since 2020 Tom has been an independent consultant helping fund managers to launch and raise capital for new private asset funds.
Tom has a BSc (Econ) from Cardiff University, an MBA from the University of Bath and is a member of the Association of Real Estate Funds (AREF) Corporate Governance Committee.

Cameron has worked in the pension fund, life assurance and investment industry since 1989 which
groups including Pearl Assurance, AXA Equity & Law, Standard Life, JLT Investment Consulting and MJ Hudson Allenbridge.
At JLT Cameron was Head of SWIM (Search Work on Investment Managers), a procurement service
for the UKs largest Pension Funds, primarily focussed on the Local Government Pension Scheme
(LGPS) to assist in the appointment of new/replacement investment managers for a broad range of
mandates and asset classes. Following his time at JLT Cameron was a director at MJ Hudson where was responsible for new business development. Following this Cameron lead the client relationship team at the London Collective Investment Vehicle (CIV) which is the pool for London's 32 borough pension funds.
