Our firm was founded in 2008 by James Walton. We are headquartered in London, England and maintain strong contacts within the European and American endowments, family offices, pension funds and other institutional investors.  With over 90 years of combined experience, our team has been responsible for raising capital in excess of $1 billion and acted as principal or advisor on mandates of circa $10 billion. ​

James has over 20 years of experience in real assets, with a focus on real estate private equity and infrastructure.  James has worked for Fidelity Investments, Jones Lang LaSalle, Patron Capital Partners and Dawnay Day Structured Finance.  James served as Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management’s Head of Real Estate for 9 years and as a Senior Advisor in Global Real Estate for MJ Hudson Allenbridge for 9 years.  

James is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and The London School of Economics (LSE).  He is also a member of the Investment Property Forum (IPF) and is past President of the LSE’s Global Real Estate Group.

Anthony has over 40 years real estate investment and lending experience and previously worked at UBS, AXA REIM, Curzon Global Partners, BZW and Bankers Trust.  At UBS Anthony was Head of Real Estate Debt EMEA and Portfolio Manager for UBS' PREMF Fund.  In this role Anthony focused on growing the real estate debt business including capital raising, investor relations and origination.  At AXA REIM Anthony was Regional Head of Business Development and Marketing for the UK, Benelux and Nordics.   During his career Anthony has raised circa €2.3bn of equity for real estate investment and debt strategies. 

Anthony has a BA (hons) from London Metropolitan University, and is a Fellow of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.  Anthony chairs the Association of Real Estate Funds (AREF) public policy committee and is a member of AREF's management committee.  He is also the Treasurer and a Director of the     
                                                     Commercial Real Estate Finance Council Europe (CREFC).

Tom has 30 years experience in financial services and previously worked at Schroders, CIBC and the Lloyds’ insurance market.  Tom was head of real estate product at Schroders for many years where he was responsible for investor relations, product oversight / development, secondary trading and capital raising.  Since 2020 Tom has been an independent consultant helping fund managers to launch and raise capital for new private asset funds.
 
Tom has a BSc (Econ) from Cardiff University, an MBA from the University of Bath and is a member of the Association of Real Estate Funds (AREF) Corporate Governance Committee.

Ray has been involved in institutional investments since 1974 and has been active in the alternative asset space since the early 1980s. Ray spent the first 18 years of his career with  the Post Office Superannuation Fund (Postel now Hermes).  Ray developed Postel’s private equity strategy and made commitments to 78 partnerships in UK, Europe, USA and Japan.  In the 1980s Ray became focused on private equity, distressed debt and financial service investments.  

Ray has worked for INVESCO Private Capital, Linear Energy Limited, Trisure (a real asset investor), Acrostic, Allenbridge, Granville Private Equity and Postel.  Ray is a graduate of the University of London and Middlesex Business School.  Ray focuses on fund raising for private equity funds and joint ventures.

 Cameron has worked in the pension fund, life assurance and investment industry since 1989 which 
 groups including Pearl Assurance, AXA Equity & Law, Standard Life, JLT Investment Consulting and   MJ Hudson Allenbridge. 

 At JLT Cameron was Head of SWIM (Search Work on Investment Managers), a procurement service
 for the UKs largest Pension Funds, primarily focussed on the Local Government Pension Scheme
 (LGPS) to assist in the appointment of new/replacement investment managers for a broad range of
 mandates and asset classes. 

                                                    Cameron was also responsible for the promotion of JLT investment consulting services and new
                                                    business development. Cameron continued with similar responsibilities at MJ Hudson Allenbridge
                                                    developing the new business strategy for the investment advisory business, including real asset
​                                                    advisory mandates.
